Privacy Policy

Stickly turns a phrase or a photo into a matching set of stickers. This policy explains what Stickly does and doesn't do with your information. The short version: Stickly asks for as little as possible, keeps your creations on your device, and never asks you to create an account or hand over your email.

Information Stickly collects

Stickly is built to work without knowing who you are. It does not require an account, a name, an email address, or a phone number.

To create a sticker pack, Stickly processes:

• The text prompt you enter, so it can generate stickers that match your idea.
• A photo you select, only when you use the "from a photo" option and only for the pack you are making. Stickly requests access to your photo library solely so you can pick that image.
• A basic usage count, used to apply fair-use limits on how many packs can be generated. This is tied to your app installation, not to your identity.

How your creations are stored

Finished sticker packs — including the images and the prompt you used to make them — are saved locally on your device. Stickly does not upload your library of packs to any server. Deleting a pack in the app removes it from your device.

If you save a sticker to your Photos or share it, that action is handled by iOS and by whichever app you share to, under their own terms.

Third parties that help run Stickly

Stickly uses a small number of service providers to function. Each receives only what it needs:

• AI image generation provider. When you generate a pack, your text prompt and — for the photo option — your selected photo are transmitted to a third-party AI image service to draw the stickers. This transmission is what makes generation possible. Your photo is passed through for processing and is not stored by Stickly's servers.
• Cloud infrastructure (Cloudflare). Stickly's requests pass through cloud infrastructure that relays them to the AI service and enforces fair-use limits. It does not retain your photos.
• Apple. Subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Stickly never sees or stores your payment details; Apple handles billing under its own privacy policy.

These providers process your information to deliver the service and are expected to handle it under their own privacy terms. Prompts and photos may be processed on servers located outside your country.

Analytics and tracking

This version of Stickly does not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs, and does not track you across other apps or websites. Stickly does not build an advertising profile about you.

Subscriptions

Stickly offers optional paid subscriptions through Apple's In-App Purchase. Purchases, renewals, and cancellations are managed by Apple. Stickly receives confirmation of your subscription status from Apple in order to unlock paid features, but does not receive your payment information.

Children's privacy

Stickly is not directed to children under 13, and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the app, contact [email protected] and it will be addressed.

Your choices

• You can decline photo-library access; Stickly still works from text prompts.
• You can delete any pack from your device at any time.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings under your Apple Account.
• Because Stickly does not hold an account or a profile about you, there is generally no server-side personal data to request or delete. For questions, contact us below.

This policy may be updated as Stickly evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
