Terms of Use

Last updated: 6 July 2026

These Terms govern your use of the Stickly app. By downloading or using Stickly, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Using Stickly

Stickly lets you generate sets of stickers from a text prompt or a photo, save them, and share them. You may use Stickly for your own personal, lawful, non-commercial and commercial creative use, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to use Stickly to create, save, or share content that:

Stickly may apply content safeguards and may decline to generate content that violates these rules.

Your creations

As between you and Stickly, the stickers you generate are yours to use, share, and keep. You are responsible for the prompts and photos you submit and for how you use the results — including making sure you have the rights to any photo you upload.

To create your stickers, you grant Stickly and its image-generation provider the permission needed to process your prompt and photo for the purpose of producing your pack. Stickly does not claim ownership of your creations and does not store your library of packs on its servers.

Photos

When you use the photo option, the photo you select is sent to a third-party AI image service to draw a matching pack, as described in the Privacy Policy. Only submit photos you have the right to use. Do not submit photos of other people without their consent.

Subscriptions and billing

Stickly offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase:

"Unlimited" generation is subject to reasonable fair-use limits to keep the service running for everyone.

Availability and changes

Stickly is provided on an ongoing basis but may change, add, or remove features, and may limit or suspend the service for maintenance or other operational reasons. Generation depends on third-party services and may occasionally be unavailable or produce imperfect results.

Disclaimers

Stickly is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Stickly does not guarantee that generated results will meet your expectations, be error-free, or be uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stickly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as Stickly evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
